Hankook H727 was one of my choices at first, but they cost 120$ more than the others. Since I have a budget to respected, Hankook's are not a choice anymore...

Isn't the H727 the new Four Season tire? If so, what extra you spend now will be easily recouped when you don't need winter boots plus steelies come next fall.

I already have winter tires (with the winters we have in Quebec, winter tires are a must, plus they are now mandatory), so the new tires won't be used during winter.

YOu'd be better off getting summer tires in that case, even a cheap tire like a the Dunlop Direzze DZ101 would be a big step up in warm weather grip compared to an all season.
