Vibration on idle & rough start

I'm having the same issue, changed the plugs/coils/MAF/air filter in the last three weeks, the problem is 95% gone with only a rough idle when a fan or something kicks on. I'm going to DIY a ground kit for it this afternoon and see ifthat helps.

Of course my car has about 450,000 miles on it so....

Note: I've recently changed the spark plugs, added a bottle of STP super concentrated Fuel Injector cleaner on the last tank top-up. The car is 31,000Kms driven haven't faced any problems other than these since I've imported it back in 2007 when the reading on the odometer was 18,000Kms.

Because you said you have 31000km on your car and standard plugs only last about 35000km. You did not mention you changed your plugs.
So quite obviously you don't need to change the plugs if there's only 500 km on them.

Quoting myself here(hoping the universe doesn't implode because I did) that ground kit did the job. I was skeptical it would have that dramatic of an effect, I just figured my stereo would be cleaner(which it is!). I made my own for about 15 bucks, I'm going to make one for all of my cars now.
