I'm running 225/45/15 Hankook RS2's up front and RS3's in the rear on my Echo on 15x7 +35 rims, and FWIW, I get minimal rubbing at stock height. That will get worse once I drop the car on Megan sprigns (around 1.5" front and 1.25" rear drop).

All I need is to roll the fenders a bit.
It's definitely doable :)
