Plans for the 3rd Grandmeet

guys, yung sa jubail beach camp nila ricky, ang sabi nya ang kukunin natin ay yung pinakamalaking area, 6 times daw nung kinuha namin kasama sila rosco. after sa jubail (cguro alis tayo dun mga 7pm para d gabihin punta khobar, plan is to go to an estraha (yung malaki) para dun magpapahinga.

ngayon, ito ang isang scenario, kung sa Baher tayo, ang rent ng villa ay 2500 riyals for 10 persong only, in excess of 10, magbabayad kada adult ng 50 riyals each. ang villa sa baher ay may 3 rooms only w/c I think can comfortably accommodate up to 15 per max.

maghahanap kmi d2 ng estraha na malaki kahit 3k pa since madami tayo, like last time sa estraha nung 1st grandmeet, sure kasyang kasya dun, what do u think?

mga kayaris, i've been monitoring this thread from start (3rd grand meet).
my apology in advance due to the nature of my work schedule i may not be joining on this event. My wife is at present on her 7 month pregnancy and we are expecting our 2nd child (boy ulit) by the 3rd week of august. She needs my presence til she recover.problem when im at work. But then i may see /meet all of you on your expected time of arrival here in corniche area, khobar.

From ryadh to cornich magkikita kita ng morning,breakfast then tulak ng Jubail for Beach camp from 7:30am until 7:00pm after nito punta na ng Khobar tuloy ng Staraha from 9pm until 9am (pde nating gawin ang mga events d2) then 9am to 9am sa Baher Beach resort tyo,ika 3rd day na to at from Baher na manggagaling pabalik ng riyadh since maaga pa nmn pde png gumala kung san pa gus2ng pumunta until 4pm cguro then hiwahiwalay na...

Assuming eto ang prize:
Jubail Beach Camp = 350sar (correct me if im wrong)
Staraha = 3,000sar (assuming)
Baher Villa =2,500sar/unit & 10 persons only

Eto ngayon:ang gusto ng nakakarami sa riyadh eh mag-Baher pra comportable ang mga wife at kids since mainit pa kc sa panahon na yan,para may ma22luyan at mapupwestuhan sa oras ng kainan at sa oras ng pahinga na hindi tyo bilad sa araw...

Ngayon lets make a computation for Baher Villa:(assuming)
Central:Max of 20 cars x 2 = 40 Adults
:Max of 10 guests Adult
Baher Villa 2 units = 5,000sar for 20 adults
= 1,500sar for 10 exess & 10 guests

6,500 / 40 persons = 162.50sar per adult (central)
Baher Villa 2 units computation yan pra sa central per head,kung may mga tiga Eastern na sa baher din tutuloy hanggang kinabukasan ksama sya sa computation so may possibility na bumaba pa ang per head...

pero mga tiga Central wla pa jan ang food at ung staraha at jubail Beach Camp kc computated un na kasama ang east so most probably estimated cost ng tiga central per head is 200 to 250 sar lahat na un...Anu sa palagay nyo mga kayaris?lalo na tiga Central para mafinalize na eto any comments or suggestions????

If all kayaris agreed to the above suggestion of Mr. John, then mga kayaris of the East, we need to reserve 2 units in Baher Villas from Sep 01 9am till Sep 02, 9am and also esteraha for 12 hours (Aug 31, 9pm-9am).
