I dont see any prepackaged unit fitting under the passengers seat. However, my idea would be this...Place the sub in a flush mount on the trunk to where the magnet would rest in the spare tire cavity. I belive EtimeGo or whatever has a set up like this. Then place the amp on the underside of the tire cover on the left side. You will just have to take the left storage tray out. This will keep all the wires hidden and still retain all usable trunk space.
