That said, I'm now considering the step up to a 23mm bar as understeer is still prevalent. And when the weight of the Blitz S/C is added up front the power-on understeer can only increase. Time will tell.

With your current set-up, in the rain or snow, do you get understeer of oversteer?

Potential crappy handling in bad weather is the only thing making me consider the 19mm one.
