I don't know if it would be enough to solve your problem but what about heat wrapping? You could wrap the exhaust pipe to keep the heat away from the cables and maybe the cables for added protection?
![]() It may even boost your power by reducing engine temp. Every 11 degrees dropped = 1%whp roughly.
