What is this part?
Sorry for my ignorance, but what is this part behind the bumper in the photo? It probably shouldn't be loose like it is in my car or am I wrong? How would I fix it?

That's the ambient temperature sensor for the air conditioning. It is mounted to a plastic plate that clips into place, but it looks like yours is popped out of place.
