Yes you can convert to power mirrors. You can go to your toyota dealer and order them since they come with the power package. Here is a website for the power mirrors.

On the USDM Yaris, the wiring is all there for converting a non power mirror car to a power one. You just need the switch and the two mirrors.

CTScott - does the connector for the power mirrors control the dimmer switch as well?
After getting my car back from the shop today, my power mirrors stopped working and dimmer switch wheel does not dim my cluster anymore.

I dont believe it is a fuse, as my power windows are functioning....

No, they don't share wiring. The dimmer works off the GAUGE fuse and the power mirrors work off the ACC fuse.

The power windows are completely unrelated, so I would check both of the fuses above.

Bumping this because I just did convert my mirrors from "have to dick around with the actual glass itself, not even a manual joystick inside the cabin" to power-adjustable mirrors, no heat.

There's a couple of good write-ups. The only details I didn't see spelled out in excruciating detail:

if you order replacement mirrors, they come with a black cover that's not attached. You can use your colored covers on the new mirrors. Push the glass pane in at the top so the bottom part gives you some good access and leverage. The glass pane is attached to a swivel inside the mirror housing, with a pair of angled hooks on top and a pair of latching joints at the bottom. Put some muscle into it as you pull on the lower part of the glass pane and the bottom of it will snap out of the latching joints and you can unhook it from the top angled hooks. Now you can see the latches the mirror cover is attached with to the housing. Undo them ever so careful, even so I still managed to snap off one each. The remainder were still enough to secure the mirror cover to the new mirrors securely. Now that you know how the cover was attached, snapping them back on is easy.

Once you get the adjusting switch (get one with the bezel or it will look stupid): open the wallet box, you know, that little glovebox big enough for a wallet. Push the sides together, take it out, then reach in under the dashboard and push out the little square blind bezel. Behind it will be the plug that connects to the switch. It will be very obvious which one it is, but it's taped to some wire and it's white and rectangular.

There's a "30 second door card removal" thread here, refer to that. The lanyard from an ID badge worked best for me instead of a "rag" to remove the window crank. Slide it between the crank with a flossing motion, find resistance and pull out the little moon clip.

if you're careful, the cables from the door handle will stay where they are. If not, push out the little bowl with the doorhandle from the back, put the door card where it goes, and then it will be obvious where they're supposed to go.

All in all, it took me longer to take the first crank off than it took me to disassemble the second door, install the second mirror and put everything back together.

Tools needed: Phillips screwdriver, flat screwdriver (Leatherman is not sufficient, some of the Phillips screws are too far in), a lanyard, 10mm nut, extension and socket wrench aka ratchet.

No. The power mirrors are only powered by the ACC fuse feed. The dimmer is powered by the PANEL1 and GAUGE fuses.

Rise from the dead...

My 07 doesn't have the wiring harness under the dash nor in the doors for the power mirrors. I should have checked first before I bought everything. Now I have to decide if I'm going to patch together my own harness or sell the new power mirrors and switch and stick with the manual ones.

I have the complete dash side harness for the power mirrors, if you are interested. I don't have the door side, by for that you can just extend the wires from the dash harness.

I have a Base model Yaris Sedan 2011, but it is called Vios here in the Philippines. Base models don't have power mirrors, only the middle & top of the line variants have those. That's why I researching the web on how to upgrade my manual mirrors to power mirrors until I stumbled on this thread.

My question is, about those pics about the connectors on the door and under the dash. Are those already there, or available on the base model variants when they go out in the factory assembly line, and there's just no switch and power mirrors connected because it's just a base model variant ??
