Agreed. I think 220 would be ok if tuned properly considering I see a quite of few guys here pushing that much on their kits.

The Crx I played with had 220 whp on a stock b18b (rated 130bhp) and a b16 head. all stock. Tuned with hondata s200. ran that for a year, no problems, thats beating the hell out of it daily cuz i loved the sound of blowoff valves and the pull it gave at full boost @10psi.

Be careful about dyno numbers, 220whp is far beyond the capability of stock internals for a 1nzfe . Not to be a dick, but many people on here are in denial about what numbers they are actually producing. 150whp (real whp uncorrected) is the reliable limit, 170whp for occasional drag use. I don't blame them, too many shops jack numbers to make customers happy.

I am sorry to say this but a stock b16 or b18 isn't equal to a stock 1nzfe. The honda are more capable to withstand power on stock internals than we do.

If I were you I wouldn't risk putting a turbo on stock internals especially cause of rods. I think 9psi-10psi on a GT25 or lower is the maximum which would equal to 150-170bhp.
