But I completly agree with this post. But "Drifting" is the name of what the OP is showing. Sprint Cars "drift" also, but in a form of racing. The objective of this drifting that has become so popular is to stay as close to the car in front of you and keep your car sideways with your rear end as far out as possible as much as (if not more than) the car in front of you. They will consistantly go head to head taking turns being in front until either the gap opens between car 1 & 2, therefore 2nd car loses. OR, 2nd car passes the 1st car however it may occur (skill, spinout, car malfunction). Sprint Cars are by far faster while "drifting". I dont know much about the cars themselves, but I watched them on TV. I am personally not a fan of Oval Tracks in any form like Vten.. I like circuit races more. as the saying goes: To each thier own bottom line: Its entertainment.
