Do you have a sedan or liftback? The sedan's radio is built into the rear window, so if interior detailing was done, the cable that connects to the glass may have been ripped loose. If it is a lift back, like Klink mentioned, check to see that the antenna is still up top.
Also, was the dash taken apart at all?

What kind of body work was done to your car? Was the radio working properly after the body work and before the detailing, or was the detailing just after they did the body work?
