Just wondering.It never happened to me lol. If someone blocked your number. You can't use your mobile to call, you won't get through. can you use your bro or family members number to call or do their number get automatically blocked too coz they are on the same plan/contract as you.

In that particular example, you will be able to get through. But, if someone is trying to avoid talking to you, circumventing the block could get the person to call the police and say harassment.

the blocking happens in the database with only the digit string being requested to be blocked.
