Yes. If you watch my video in the link on the first page, you'll see how easily it pulls off without a puller. You just grab the wheel, wiggle it a little and pull straight back, and it pops right off.

I got the air bag lighr blinking after trying the top like you suggested, however now my timing must be bad. Darn light won't turn off.

So, I got the light off. But then after turning my car off then on later, the light came back on?!?! How can this be?

You will have to check the stored code for the SRS to see why it is coming back on.
