I paid paypal (only for one of course) and I sort of suspect that they can not technically withdraw money without my authorization

i don't think they can. you send the payment, they don't deduct it. it was probably an error on their side. let me know if you decide to keep/sell it... =]

I spoke to the Vendor yesterday they say I can do whatever I want with it.. which is nice.. I will try to sell it locally to make some cash (leather steering wheel project pending)
