It has to be a life commitment. You can't ever expect to get huge and then stop working out and stay that way. It is a life commitment.

yea it is a big effing commitment........i was on this shake for about 1.5 month and i wanted to gain a bit of fat first then start workin out.....i gained 1kg a week which was good since i was still eating the same and not working out. i stopped cuz the shake is sooo damn nasty, i would gag everytime i would try to finish the drink in 1 min. That shake had i think 800cal per serv which was good cuz more calories means more weight gain.....people think its the fat intake which is so wrong.

anyway about 6 months ago i tried a shake with 250 cal per serv, i gained NOTHING.......so ya :)

different diets for different people......not all same diets will work since everyone is different....

heh, i drink it with soy milk, so the calories should be somewhere between 800 and a 1000 (what it is for skim milk, i think).

yeah, i agree with you, different people have different diet plans that will work for them.

1000 calories is half of what I eat in a day now. You could be one of the few lucky ones that doesn't gain weight...you'll find out in a couple years.

When I was in high school I was 6' 150lbs. I ate large pizzas and all kinds of other crap by myself all the time. I've gained 30 pounds since then, at one point I was 170lbs mostly muscle. Got up to 180lbs and fat... I'm down almost 10lbs since then at least.

I imagine you laughed at my comment about drinking because you already drink? Like I didn't when I was 19. But it wasn't everyday for half the day like after I turned 21.

Enjoy being young now. And in a couple years kick yourself in the ass for it.
