I always recommend the Hankook Optimo H727's. 100,000 mile warranty, great performance in rain/snow/dry. I've ran two sets of them and personally love them.

I can get them to you for $312 shipped ($78/tire shipped).

Also, with the tire pressure sensors - just check the rubber gasket that seals it to the wheel. If the rubber is cracked or getting stiff - it needs replacing. But the whole sensor only needs replaced if it fails. The gasket (also called a TPMS rebuild kit) shouldn't cost you more than $5 per tire. I can get them to you for less than that.
