He fired Paul Teutel Sr on Celebrity Apprentice.

I happen to live in Orange County NY and "Paul Sr" is viewed here as complete idiot/low life by most locals.

Orange County Choppers is out of business for the most part and they can't even make the morgage payments on the new headquarters.
If it was not for the TV show, they would be completely bankrupt.

On the other hand, most here wish Paul Jr, Vinny and the crew lots of luck.

I appears that sr keeps the fued going for the TV show as without it, he would not even be able to sell a t-shirt.

Also, sr has a past histrory of being a hard core druggie and alcoholic and now, many suspect that he now has some "roid rage". He certainly looks the part if you could have seen him in the past.

Sr is what is known as a "dry drunk," and lives in a world of illusion. He still believes people give a shit about him.

Not a fan of Jr either, he's a bit arrogant for someone who hamfists choppers together than asks astronomical prices for them.

The only one out of the entire bunch that is entertaining, honest and worth watching is Mikey. Unfortunately, the show revolves around the idiots. I think Mikey should get his own series, maybe a travel show or something a bit more cultural. The "battle to build a chopper" concept has been overplayed...

Jr suffered alot of abuse growing up at the hand of sr.
So, yes he is a bit disfunctional as far as the family is concerned.
He also obviously has a need to show his father he can indeed make it without him and his abuse.

As far as the expensive bikes..... yes, for those who want to spend either for the status or for a corporate tax write off (business expense) they both build over priced bikes which are featued on the TV show. However, both sr and jr build and sell their stock bikes for more reasonable prices for whoever may want them.
This you do not see on the show.

Mikey is indeed a down to earth nice guy as is Vinny.

But Paul Sr. was more helpful than Lou was on the show. And I hope Debbie Gibson comes back somehow.

Some things should be understood.

Sr originally had a steel construction business and bullt bikes on the side. This consited of just getting a stock frame and other parts, etc and giving it a custom paint job........ nothing too involved.
I had friend who got a bike from him back then and although it was nice, it was still nothing special or custom besides the paint.

JR took some metal fabrication courses from a local vocational school and learned how to properly fabricate metal..... make custom parts and OCC was born as they were now able to offer true custom bikes.

The discovery channel originally had a different shop for the show but, the deal fell through.
So, one of the producers said he knew of a shop up in orange county NY where they could film a pilot instead of the original choice.
When sr started to rant and rave at jr in the pilot, they new that had a "winner" and the rest is history. If it was not for sr's ranting and raving, there would be no show and the producers freely admit to this.

In a sense, if it was not for jr, there would be no OCC as you know it and no tv show.
