It's totaled (easily) if you take to a dealer's repair shop. Mine wasn't as bad yours, but I made this mistake and had to buy back my car as a salvage and did alot of running around to get it re-registered as a result.
After the buy-back I took it to a reputable shop that got it fixed like new with used parts. Also, I saw a Prius there that was smashed in at the rear way worse than yours at that time. When I went back to pick up my car 2 weeks later, that same Prius looked like nothing happened to it and I watched the owner drive away in it with a clean title still in hand. Long story short, if you wanna keep your car your best bet right now is to hunt down a good shop before getting it towed over there. Hope this helps. Good luck, and hope you get better soon.
