While I don't think they are low traction eco tires, they are nowhere near as grippy as the top of the line tires most enthusiasts would choose.
i've read somewhere that they intentionally put those tires on so that the car can more easily get loose. i don't know - maybe that's true or maybe they just had a lot of prius tires laying around? either way i vote for the fr-s!
