When I think of a dual conversion for a Yaris, this design seems to make some sense as long as the muffler is small and nothing hot is near the brain.

Yes. One small 3/16" hole to support the twin tip...



It almost didn't need a third point of attachment as all the weight is on the two existing hangers in the stock positions. The third one only holds the height adjustment of the tip. I just used an old piece of wire and twisted it until the tip was the right height.
