I once had two rear wheel studs break (drum brakes) at a tire dealer when they removed the wheels to install new tires. This was the very first time any of the wheels were removed.
I actually saw it happen. The tire dealer told me that it happens more than some people realize and they replaced them for free in a couple of minutes. They obviously had much experience at replacing them. |
