Baffling into the metal...I wish I could be out there with you to help. I think between the two of us we could make this happen REALLY quickly.
*sigh* Using some substrate you can drill into using the L1v2's mounting holes. I'm thinking even a 1/4" pan head would be fine and not kick too far into the metal depending on the thickness of the substrate. I'd say make a couple rings out of balsa that are juuuuusssst slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tweeter and then reverse the technique we've used to make the original pillars. Build in instead of out. Thoughts?
