Question Regarding Aftermarket Dash Kits - Toyota Yaris Forums

I hate to be the type of person that makes a topic as their first post but I cannot seem to get a clear answer to this question.

I have a four door 2006 Toyota Yaris and am having a deck installed in it. I was tasked with finding a deck dash kit but can only find 2007 and up. Now I know there is a post above that says for the Yaris to use a Metra 99-8216 or American International TOY K969 for a single deck. But when I check the websites for these parts it still says for 2007 and up.

I was wondering if someone could give me a solid answer on this: Can I use the Metra 99-8216 or American International TOY K969 in a 2006? If not where can I find the right part for me?

You can use the same kit. The US didn't get the Yaris in 2006, so you will find many aftermarket items that say 2007-2008, rather than 2006-2008.
