Looking at both the wiring diagrams and the Toyota Electronic Parts Catalog it appears that the cable from the grey connector on the radio to the USB/AUX jack is part of the dashboard cable harness, even on Yaris that don't have the AUX jack from the factory. It does not appear to be a cable that can be purchased separately.
