Seems like ford is stepping it up.
I rented a F150 4x4 for a week in alaska, and it was close to perfect!
This hot fiesta could be what we're asking for! (those of us that like to drive and could care less about the endless creature comforts.) I absolutely agree LSD would make the car much much better. At a minimum, I hope you can fully disable all the stupid horseshit. I don't even mind disabling ABS, but I wonder how many neat lights will be flashing if you do? The real deal maker/breaker will be in curb weight. If it weighs similar to the current fiesta, score! If it weighs as much as a Mini, then at least its competition! If it weighs more than a mini, then fail! I know-none of the automakers care about weight nowadays because you can't have all the stupid gizmos and safety features without weight. Most of their customers want gizmos, not a good driving vehicle. |
