Light Wiring!
alright!
so low beams they have a wider pattern and shorter distance, high beams narrow and long distance. with my old car i wired the fog lights to be on with the switch and lights on, even with high beams. reason is i like the fogs keeping the low wide beams when highs are on, great for highway driving. any ideas on what wires to jump for the relay? thanks! ps 3000k fogs are the best things ever.... |

For the 2012, the fog relay is fully integrated into the body ECU, so to have the fogs always on with the low and high beams you would have to wire them with the headlights in the under-hood portion of the wiring.
You could make them always come on with the lows only, by grounding the wire in pin 3 of the headlight stalk connector, but since the relay and logic are buried inside of the body ECU, you can't easily override the high beam behavior.
