anyone currently running two sets of camber bolts?
Hey all,
I ordered another set of Toyota OEM camber bolts today I plan on using two of them per strut (top and bottom hole) to maximize my neg camber..do you guys feel this is safe?

I have one set up front and its adjustable up to 3 degree together with oem adjustment .
I set it on 2.8 , for about 2 months daily driving about 250-300miles per week , my inside front tires are already show some wears ... Imagine them with 2 set, more negative camber , Unless you don't mind to spend some $$ changing some tires often, then go for it . |

I have been running two sets the last last couple of years. But I am not using the stock bolts, I think its a mismatched set of Ingalls and SPC.
Our B-Spec car has two sets of the Toyota bolts, but it has seen so little actual use its hard to say how good they hold over time.

So running two sets of the OEM ones should be safe on the street? If I use 2 sets per strut -3 is a realistic expectation

You cam always slot your top strut hole as well, I know this adds a ton of negative camber

Also I tried doing it myself but I didnt have enough hands to hold the spindle at a greater angle while tightening the bolt and haven't been able to find a buddy with time to help me. So until then all I can do is rant lol |

^ nice tip thanks. What do you need the lugs back on for? Or are you using the Jack to push the lug nuts which would move the spindle?

The lugs keep the rotor from moving around inside the caliper, and prevents any threads from getting damaged on the wheel studs.
