From Toyota the female pins (82998-24250, 82998-24400, and 82998-12590) are about $20 each (and you need a lot of them) and the female connector (90980-12399) is about $25. My recommendation on the female side is to purchase an engine harness off eBay or from a junkyard ($80 to $200). The nicest thing about using an existing harness is that all of the wires are the OEM colors, and all of the crimps are already done.

You can not purchase the male side connector and pins, as it is a PCB mounted connector, so you have to harvest it from an ECM. It is not ideal, as you have to then solder and heatshrink the connectors PCB pins, which are intended to be rigidly mounted. The common failure mode for a boomslang or a DIY version is to have the solder joint fail, or the PCB pin fail from fatigue. The best way around this it to fully pot the back side of the connector, beyond the PCB pins.
