Do you know exactly where it's rubbing?
Is it on the liner,or on the metal fender? 3 ways to fix rubbing in front: 1. Use a razor to trim just the bit of plastic liner that is rubbing. (put blue tape on the liner and drive around to find out exactly where that is). 2. Add some negative camber to your front alignment (-1 degree improves handling and can help with rubbing) 3. Roll the fenders. Have it done professionally, it's cheap and won't hurt your paint. A baseball bat will.
