What size did you get? The 195/50R15 has a much different compound than the rest of the series. The R1R is rated at 140 treadwear, which means "140% of wear compared to a baseline tire." There is rarely any info about the "baseline" tire, but in general a higher treadwear rating means longer life under normal conditions.

I have a set of Dunlop Direzza DZ101 (205/50R15) which have a 300 treadwear rating. After a summer of "spirited" driving and 4 or 5 autocross events the front tires show significant wear but the rears are in very good shape.

Beyond that, I'm not sure what other advice to offer you.
