Finally talked to the adjuster. He quoted me $2,595 as of right now. May cost more after they tear it down and check more stuff. I got a $500 deductable.
I could get a MicroImage vented hood $150 and an aftermarket from bumper off ebay which is about $300 shipped. I do understand most of those will require work to fit correctly. Need new Headlights anyways so i could go with new 06-08 headlights. I would have to talk to the guys who are doing the work. Not sure if I want to get them to just cut me a check or let professionals do it...
