IMO and this is only MO, the Eagle LS tires are garbage. They are so bad IMO that I took them off my Yaris at about 2k miles and got a set of (relatively inexpensive) Yokohama TRZ tires which although are not the best, are much better than the LS IMO, including in snow.
If you got 13,400 miles out of them, consider yourself lucky..... now get better tires and cut your losses.
