I once spent 5 minutes in a costco parking lot watching a couple try to fit a 5cu ft chest freezer into the back seat of a Camry. It was easily a foot too tall and 8" too wide to fit the widest part of the door. They just kept ramming it in until a random guy on the sidewalk said "it'll never fit" and then they immediately went back to return it.
