Can I relocate the aux port?

I did this to mine, but a little differently than CTScott suggested:

1. I removed the connector from the aux bezel, leaving the connector itself behind the passenger side pocket, and put the bezel into the open spot next to the ebrake.
2. Then I used a 3.5 aux cord with one female end and one male end. Plugged it in, routed it under the center console.
3. Secured it to the bezel in place of the previous plug with hot glue.
4. The cover that was in the panel next to the ebrake fit nicely where the aux port had been.

Pros: Quick and simple; no need to splice any wires. It functions like I need it to with convenience.

Cons: If I ever need to move it back, the hot glue might be difficult to get fully out. Also, the radio won't automatically change to AUX mode when you plug something in, because it thinks something is always plugged in.
