Vibration or buzzing brake while breaking

Vibration or Buzzing under brake while breaking on 2004 yaris

When i bought that car around 6-7 months ago, the pads and brake rotors were almost finished. And when i braked the steering wheel was shaking a lot together with the brake. Than i have changed the pads and rotors. By now everything had been perfect, didn't have any buzzing.

Lately the vibrations has started while breaking. While driving in high speeds, if i brake than i feel the vibrations. Today i was in a local repairer. He checked all the break systems and he said everything looks as it should be. He didn't have any clue.

But we are pretty sure the problem is about breaking system. And as i just mentioned i had just the same problem before. But after changing the pads and rotors it was fixed.

So what do you guys think ? Should i go to see a toyota guy or is it possible to DIY ?

Thanks

It may simply be that your new rotors are a bit warped already. If the new pads were not properly "bedded-in" then it is very easy under heavy braking to warp them. Here is an article on bed-in:

Here's another interesting read that says that rotors really don't warp, but rather get uneven deposits from the pads:
