Will the stock mounting brackets work?
Do you have any used bezels or brackets?
I thought about drilling out the factory blanking fascia but still leaves the mounting issue.

You would have to so something custom for mounting. The OEM ones mount with two tabs that slide into slots in the bumper skin and one that sits on top and screws to the bumper.

I don't have any of the OEM fog light bezels on hand, but I do have a couple of sets of the fog-less bezels, if you run into issues when drilling yours.
