Some cars do not need a processor. My 3 dr Yaris sounds fantastic with a $100. Pioneer hu, audio control 6XS, a set of Morel 6.5 2 ways, a 10" sub and a couple of Boston amps.
My Land Cruiser was a different story, as the only way I could get a flat sound with a good stage, was with a MiniDSP type processor and an AC real time Spectrum analyzer(as to shoot the car in). Quote:
