remove
I would remove (50k miles), inspect , check the gap and put back in with anti-seize on the threads for easy removal next time. That's 50,000 us miles. torque? is usually skill of the craft but if you want to be specific it's usually around 20-25 footpounds, and no the value does not change with anti-seize on the threads. 20 foot pounds of pressure is still 20 foot pounds of pressure no matter if the threads have a lubricant on them, it'll slide in a little farther with the lubricant on but not to make a difference, 20 pounds is still 20 pounds. if you had a soft alloy metal that would bend or something I would say yes torque them less if the threads had lubricant, I don't think in this case.

Most aluminum heads are just that, aluminum for the threaded part as well.
