Wow she's really ticking. These engines have motorcycle type shim under bucket valve adjustments. Which tend to hold adjustment a long time. They need to be checked every 60 k miles. Perhaps yours are loose although if they were, I dont suppose they would tick like that all of a sudden. So it might be something else like injectors.
Maybe someone else knows?
