Wiring
Where under the hood can I find a wire that is controlled by the ACC from the ignition? This an 2012 Hatchback. I'm trying to hook up some LED's for DRL's in the fog light cover.

No where. There is no ACC feed under the hood. There is an ignition switched feed, but it is the circuit that feeds the ECM, so you really don't want to connect to there.

Thanks for the info. Guess it's time to start drilling...I would assume that it would be better for me to use a relay and get the power for the lights from the battery, and power the relay off the ignition. Would that be correct?

A relay is a good idea so you are not drawing current off an existing circuit (other than to power the relay coil). My remote start DIY shows locations for ignition switched and constant power under the dash: http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24860
