I'd use it to tailgate S.U.V.s , C.U.V.s , mini-vans , pickups and other large vehicles that got aggressive with all the smaller cars we've had / have .

That one is in Canada, but you're right....local governments in many parts of the U.S. are getting them, and even if they are gifted to the LEAs.....local taxpayers still have to pay to keep them going .
