Noticed that the General Altimax RT43 H-rated tire has deeper siping than the T-rated . So , those considering the RT43 may want the H for areas that have plenty of snow , ice , etc.. The T's for milder winter or none . I would think that the H has less of a tread life due to the deep sipes . The T may give slightly better gas mileage with shallow siping
