. Hopefully we will never again have to hear a POTUS so lacking re proper elocution. As much as I can't stand Obama, Obama gets an A in this area (when he isn't trying to affect the accent/cadence/etc. most accepted by the audience of a given speech/presentation 
...something he does with far greater competence than Hillary). Giving #43 (GWB) a passing grade in this area would be generous at best.
