Well I bought the Gates K040465 belt. And now the lower bolt on the Alternator is being soaked in AeroKroil. I fear I may have rounded the head too much but damn is that thing on there tight! I deal with aircraft hardware and those torque values are insane but this is beyond torqued! Any tips on getting that damn bolt loose?
