First, he removed all screws which were around the headlight. Then he used a heat gun instead of an oven. The heat gun was heated around 300°C to 450°C. You need to have patience because the headlight is seal very tightly. Caution is needed as the plastic may also start to melt.
Then he placed the projector and seal the headlight using Industrial silicone glue.
