ecu for turbo charged engine
hi everyone, im new to the forum but in my research on how to go about turbocharging my echo your forum ahs been very helpful and i appreciate everyones help.
i have purchased my ZAGE turbo kit, and i had a question about ecu management. im going for a ems stinger 4424, i see alot of you have gone for the aem fic but unfortunately there arent any tuners for that system here in sydney australia. so my question is this, will the idle control give me trouble? i know the ems stinger 4424 can run a three wire IAC but will my idle be right? since its going to be my daily driver, id like it to feel factory with a bit more kick. if anyone could be of any help it would be much appreciated, and if you have any more tips or things i should be looking for during my installation please do share thanks. |

Does your engine have a idle control valve? If not, the 3 wire should work if the voltage ranges are similar to the Toyota spec.
