There are more than just exterior parts.
the S gets leather wrapped steering wheel, bucket seats, chrome interior door handle, and prior to 09, the HVAC console is piano black finish. the base S also gets manual windows and side mirrors, while the LE gets power windows and power side mirrors. With the S you would need the power package or something.
