Apparently you can't post pictures on here from FB? I don't have a hosting site...

Great job on the Win....or wins shall I say. I see you do really well. Joseph is really cool, he gives good advice and is a real help to the sport and class. Mike H. In his RSX raped us at the Pro, but I Was able to take down a SSP R8 in the bonus round!

So, I don't know if anyone remembers, but there was a discussion in another thread about the Yaris, Versa, and fit were not listed in the FSP class for SCCA Autocross. They went straight from STF to SMF. Yea, it was back in February. Anywho!

Thanks to Jason and a couple other that schooled me about classes when I said the Yaris goes to FSP for certain modifications, I put in a petition to get them added to the FSP list.

4 months later, they just released the FastTrack rule change. YAY!

#16432 Yaris, Fit, Versa Classing Proposal
Per the SPAC, add the following new listings in Appendix A, effective immediately upon publication:
FSP
Honda
Fit
Nissan
Versa (2007-15)
Toyota
Yaris

OOOOooo... question about your brake pads. I am running the HPS Hawk pads but to be honest, they feel like OEM pads. Hawk doesn't offer HP pads on their website, did you have them custom make them? or do you have to call to special order them? I ask because I just received my $100 certificate from nationals and I have no use for it now.

I ordered my Hawk pads from Amazon, but I think TireRack has them too. They are great, get them up to temp and they stop like crazy.

HAHA, yea, our closest National Tour at Dixie Region is about 3 hours away. So I feel your pain. They have a Match Tour coming up in a week or 2 but due to financials (new puppy), I will skip it this year.

Match tour is like a normal national event on saturday. The winners of each class go against each other on sunday. I don't know how many runs you get but if you hit 1 cone, you are eliminated. So it makes for an interesting winner.

Its been quite a long time since I AutoXed but I took the race car out, and let it stretch its legs a little. Gearing is kinda wrong, so I had to used 3rd quite a few times.

Attended my first national event a few weeks ago. Match tour not pro solo. I found it very unfun. Especially competing against 2 drivers in a fiesta st. I ended up 5th place behind the 2 st drivers, a vet in a crx, and a local guy I compete with in an accord

Short story I have more fun at local events where fun>winning

All those cars are in either STS or STX. Fiesta ST is a STX and the crx is in STS with other miata's

I am confused.

I love national events because of the people there and you really get to see where you stand and how much improvement you need to do.

Street class I don't run stf. Couldn't short the bills and it turns out that was a good move trying for a second car to race with the Yaris is just too damn slow. Parts are cheaper for some other cars, so for the money I would have spent on parts could have a better end result with the same money in a different car
