Hmm...I might need to look at getting new wheels, rolling the fenders, something...it's not that bad, but it bugs me a little...

It's probably just because you're on 17s. Fender rolling would definitely help too of course. When I had Tein S Techs I had 15x7 +31 offset (Because of my 10mm spacers) And they never rubbed even with passengers haha. My exhaust did. I had a Tanabe Medalion at the time but I decided to sell it cause it hung way too low and I wanted to get my coilovers and wheels instead.
